Spurgeon Day-To-Day After Blocking Two Shots

Jared Spurgeon left Tuesday's game against Utah after blocking two shots on the same penalty-kill shift and is listed as day-to-day, per Joe Smith of The Athletic. With Brock Faber still out following surgery and no timetable for his return, Minnesota's defense is thinner than at any point this season.
