What each role actually does
Sports podcast and on-air host. You front a team channel: hosting episodes, breaking down games, reacting to trades and interviewing guests. You bring the takes and the voice, and we handle distribution, graphics and the schedule.
Sports writer and analyst. You write game previews, recaps, trade analysis and features for your team's channel. Everything is published on Digest Sports with your byline, full stats access, and an audience that already follows the team.
Editor and production creator. You cut highlights, edit episodes, build graphics and research segments. It's the work behind every show, and a good fit if you'd rather shape the content than be in front of the camera.
How the pay works
Every role is remote and paid on a revenue-share model. You earn a cut of what your channel makes, so the more your team's audience grows, the more the work pays. There is no agency in the middle and no set number of hours. Creators pick the teams they actually follow and build around their own schedule.
Who we're looking for
We cover the NBA, NHL, MLB and NFL through a network of team-by-team channels, so we hire per team rather than per league. The people who do well here are fans who know their team better than anyone: the depth chart, the cap situation, the prospects, the history. Broadcast experience helps but is not required.
