Who we are

Digest Sports, including the website at digestsports.com and the Digest Sports apps for iPhone and Android, is operated by Digest Media Inc. of St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. By using Digest Sports you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the app.

Your account

You need an account to post, comment, react or vote. You must be at least 13 years old to create one. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is posted from your account. You can delete your account at any time from your Account page.

Community rules

Digest Sports has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By creating an account, you agree not to post anything that is:

• hateful, or that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality;
• harassing, bullying or threatening, including toward players, staff or other fans;
• sexually explicit, or violent and graphic;
• defamatory, or a private detail about someone else;
• spam, advertising, scams or links meant to mislead;
• a breach of someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.

You can report any post or comment and block any user. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or permanently ban the accounts that posted it, without notice.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give Digest Media Inc. a worldwide, royalty free licence to host, display and share it on Digest Sports and our social channels. Opinions in fan posts belong to the fans who wrote them, not to Digest Media.

Our content

Stats, articles, graphics and tools on Digest Sports belong to Digest Media Inc. or its licensors. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non commercial use. You may not copy, scrape or resell our data without written permission.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep stats, scores, contracts and news accurate, but Digest Sports is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Rumours are labelled as rumours. Do not rely on Digest Sports for betting or financial decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Digest Media Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Digest Sports.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Digest Sports after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
