Four Mavericks Ruled Out For Opener

Dallas ruled out Dereck Lively II (right foot surgery recovery), Santi Aldama (right knee surgery), Caleb Martin (sprained right thumb) and a fourth player with right heel bursitis for tonight's opener, with Jett Howard added as questionable due to right calf tightness. Max Christie is off the report entirely and good to go after practicing in full Tuesday. With Lively and Aldama out, the front court behind Daniel Gafford is thin.
