It keeps getting more real...

Seiya Suzuki is a free agent and the Blue Jays keep getting linked to him: Mitch Bannon, Ben Nicholson-Smith, Shi Davidi, Jim Bowden and ESPN all point to Toronto. Nick Gosse goes through every report from September 28 to October 30, why Suzuki fits a Jays offence that finished last in MLB in runs (648) and home runs (152), what he hit in 2026 (.270/.368/.473, 26 home runs, 5.1 WAR), and whether the Blue Jays can afford a projected 5-year, $115 to $120 million deal. Plus the move the Jays made today: outfielder Rudy Martin Jr. outrighted to Triple-A Buffalo, with free agency opening Monday at 5 PM ET. Nick Gosse breaks it all down.
