1. Rumor Penguins Egor Chinakhov 2 days ago Chinakhov Handed First-Unit Power Play Role Source not verified

Egor Chinakhov opens the season on the Penguins' top power play unit alongside Crosby, Karlsson, Rakell and Novak, with Malkin bumped to the second unit. The host called the assignment a big opportunity that should boost Chinakhov's numbers after he put up 42 points in 72 games last season, most of it coming after the trade to Pittsburgh. "I think Egor Chinakhov is going to be massive for this team," the host said.
