Knicks' Offseason Pursuit of Moussa Diabate Fell Short
Source not verified
The New York Knicks attempted to trade for Charlotte Hornets center Moussa Diabate during the offseason, but according to a source, the Hornets rejected the offer. The Knicks were reportedly offering second-round picks, which Charlotte did not value highly enough to part with Diabate. This failed pursuit has now pushed the Knicks' focus back to potentially trading Deuce McBride to acquire a center.
