Texans Rookie Keylan Rutledge Has Jersey Retired at Franklin High

Houston Texans first-round draft pick and starting left guard Keylan Rutledge returned to Franklin High School in Georgia on Friday night, where his jersey was retired. Rutledge was an All-American at Georgia Tech and competed in the Senior Bowl before landing with the Texans.
