Jeff Passan Reports Nate Furman Going to Nationals for Lefty Tony Neubeck

Jeff Passan reports that infielder Nate Furman, who was hitting .293 in Triple-A, is going to the Washington Nationals for left-hander Tony Neubeck, a pitcher who has thrown just six professional innings, sources tell ESPN. Neubeck, a southpaw who just made his minor league debut, does not require a 40-man roster spot, while Furman was occupying one for the Giants. Passan reports more moves of this nature are coming before tomorrow's cut down to 40.
