Maple LeafsFriedman: Kucherov Would Consider Canadiens, Leafs If Tampa Shops Him
Elliotte Friedman said on Saturday Headlines that if Tampa Bay were to trade Nikita Kucherov, the Canadiens and Maple Leafs are among the teams he would consider, provided they can assemble a package the Lightning like. Montreal has the assets to make a pitch, but the cost would reportedly include Michael Hage, current roster talent and significant future capital for a nearly 34-year-old winger said to want $20 million a year.
