Flames' Rumoured Asking Price For Whitecloud Discussed

The rumoured asking price for Calgary Flames defenseman Zach Whitecloud has been discussed, with one analyst guessing Calgary might want an A-minus caliber prospect or a B-plus prospect plus a high draft pick. Whitecloud's value is seen as resting on shot blocking, right-shot veteran status, Stanley Cup experience and a team-friendly $2.75M deal running through 2027-28 rather than point production.
