Broncos Place Pass-Catching Back RJ Harvey On IR
Denver placed rookie running back RJ Harvey on injured reserve with a knee injury one day before a first-place showdown with Kansas City, ruling him out for at least four games with a Week 13 return against Miami as the earliest. The carries were never really his, JK Dobbins has 87 attempts to Harvey's 24, but Harvey's 25 catches for 217 yards made him the offense's safety valve, and Denver's backs draw 25% of the team's targets, the highest share in the NFL.
