Brown's Camp Calls Trade Demand Report 'A Thousand Or 10,000% A Lie'

A representative for Jaylen Brown told ESPN that reports he demanded a trade or handed the Celtics a list of demands are "a thousand or 10,000% a lie," saying his only request after the deal fell through was input on his destination. The denial directly undercuts Scalabrine's account and reframes the exit as a front-office decision rather than a player revolt.
