Drummond Dominates Off The Bench In Knicks Debut

Andre Drummond posted 12 points, 14 rebounds, four assists, two blocks and a steal in 24 minutes off the bench in the Knicks' season-opening win over Philadelphia, grabbing seven offensive rebounds, half of New York's 14 as a team. He recorded a first-half double-double, the first by a Knick in a season opener since records began in 1996, after a $3.9 million deal in July following Mitchell Robinson's departure to Boston.
