Red Sox Reportedly Expected To Explore Jarren Duran Trade This Winter

Jarren Duran is coming off a brutal 2026 campaign, a .207/.266/.361 slash line with a .627 OPS, 165 strikeouts against just 41 walks, and Boston is widely expected to explore a trade this winter. Per Shawn McAdam's MassLive reporting, Duran still carries value thanks to 20 home runs, 21 steals and above-average outfield defense, and he will no doubt be tendered, but the organization's outfield logjam makes a deal the likeliest path.
