Nationals Yankees Rumor

Yankees Linked To Elite Glove Center Fielder Jacob Young

The New York Yankees have reportedly shown renewed interest in center fielder Jacob Young, a defensive upgrade who posted 11 outs above average and 49 OAA since 2023. MLB Trade Rumors noted past Yankees interest and Joel Sherman reported on it as well, though no asking price or agreed trade exists. Young would push Spencer Jones to right field and free Aaron Judge for more DH days.
