Host Pitches Mercer Promotion, Perfetti Demotion
The host proposes splitting Winnipeg's loaded top line by moving Dawson Mercer up with Connor and Scheifele and dropping Cole Perfetti to a second line with Alex Iafallo and rookie Vigo Bjork. The argument: Mercer has 25 shots and zero goals and is due, while Perfetti's six goals would give the second line a real finisher. This is the host's own lineup proposal, not a reported coaching decision.
