Undrafted Quillan Explodes With Hat Trick In Abbotsford
Jacob Quillan, acquired from Toronto on October 15 in the deal that sent a fan favorite the other way, has four goals and two assists in four games with Abbotsford after posting zero points in four games with the Marlies. He scored three times, including the go-ahead goal with 2:32 left and an empty-netter, in a 4-2 win over the Calgary Wranglers. Asked about the move, he said, "It's been great. The guys welcome me very easily."
