McDavid Shooting Less Than Ever While Scoring More
The strangest wrinkle in McDavid's start is that he is shooting a career-low 6.5 shots per 60 minutes, down from a career-best 11.5, yet converting at 28.6 percent. His points per 60 minutes sit at 7.61, far above his previous best of 5.08, all while his ice time has barely budged at 23:39 a night.
