Christian McCaffrey Sidelined After First Drive With Thigh Issue

Christian McCaffrey has not returned to the field since the 49ers' opening drive, and he was seen consulting with trainers on the sideline while using a theragun on his thigh. The star running back's absence is a concerning development for San Francisco and a potential boost for the Falcons if he is limited or unable to return.
