Prior reporting (2026-10-19): Barlow will miss at least the next two weeks of action due to a lumbar spine bone stress response, Adam Aaronson of PhillyVoice.com reports. The back issue cost Barlow the entire preseason, and now he'll begin the regular season on the sidelines. The earliest we could see Barlow back on the court would be Nov. 2, but it wouldn't be shocking to see his absence extend beyond this loose, two-week window.
