Cason Wallace is the lockdown defensive guard of the Oklahoma City (OKC) Thunder. General manager Sam Presti just signed the 22 year-old Wallace to a 5 year, $139M extension to stay with the OKC Thunder through the end of the decade. Cason Wallace already established himself among the league's premier defenders -- leading the NBA in steals this past regular season plus playoffs, earning a selection to the All-NBA Defensive Second Team. But now signed alongside MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (SGA), Chet Holmgren, and Jalen Williams (JDub) through the end of the decade in OKC, Cason Wallace will become a fixture of the Oklahoma City Thunder franchise. Thunder Digest host Gabriel Ebersole breaks down the extension and defense of Wallace, as well as analyzing his playoff shooting and offensive eruption as signs of an expanding offensive game. #oklahomacitythunder #okcthunder #casonwallace
