Alex Caruso Targeting Return Nov 4
Alex Caruso remains on Out for the Thunder. Expected return is slated for Nov 4. Details: Injury/Illness - Right Ankle Sprain (2026-10-28, OKC@DAL). Prior reporting (2026-10-28): Caruso (ankle) is expected to miss time due to an ankle sprain, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports. With Caruso already ruled out for Wednesday's game in Dallas due to an ankle sprain, it sounds like the veteran forward could remain sidelined beyond a one-game absence. That would leave Oklahoma City without one of its key rotation wings for at least the near term, which could force Jared McCain into a big role for the banged-up Thunder.
