Lakers Waive Knecht, Knicks Land Two-Way

Los Angeles waived Dalton Knecht on October 19th and he agreed to a two-way deal with the Knicks. Because two-way money does not count against the cap, the move adds nothing to the payroll that matters for a team squeezed against the second apron.
