Warriors Hard-Capped, Can't Sign Replacement for Porzingis

The Golden State Warriors are hard-capped at the second apron and have only $347,568 in cap space, preventing them from signing any standard free agent, even on a veteran minimum deal, if they waive Kristaps Porzingis. This cap constraint significantly limits the team's roster flexibility as they navigate the season.
