Meleek Thomas Placed on Day-to-Day
Meleek Thomas has been sidelined and placed on Day-To-Day due to injury. Expected return is slated for Oct 31. Details: Thomas (foot) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Hawks, Serena Winters of FanDuel Sports Network Ohio reports. Thomas will be sidelined for the second leg of the Cavaliers' back-to-back set while nursing a foot injury, and his next opportunity to play is Saturday against the Bucks. The rookie second-rounder averaged 19.5 minutes per game over his last two outings, and that playing time should be absorbed by Sam Merrill and Mario Hezonja.
