Nae'Qwan Tomlin remains on Out for the Cavaliers. Expected return is slated for 2026-11-16. Details: Injury/Illness - Low Back Stress Reaction (2026-10-22, CLE@PHI). Prior reporting (2026-10-20): Tomlin is set to miss several weeks with a lower back stress reaction, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. This is a tough blow for the forward and there's no guarantee he's cleared right away when he's re-evaluated in three-to-four weeks. Tomlin wasn't projected to crack the rotation ahead of Opening Night and was penciled in to be an emergency depth option.
