Shapiro Says Jays Will 'Fully Explore' Japan Market
At his end-of-season press conference on September 30th, Blue Jays president Mark Shapiro said the Japanese market is one outlet for talent that Ross Atkins is going to fully explore. He added the club is sending a group to Japan this offseason and that he might go himself, not just for the players but for the business aspect.
