NPB Triple Crown Winner Teruaki Sato Drawing Interest From Five MLB Clubs

Teruaki Sato, the Hanshin Tigers slugger who won the NPB Triple Crown, has been linked to the Mets, Yankees, Phillies, Dodgers, and Cubs according to John Isaac Ayon and others. The Padres are also expected to be in the mix for the left-handed hitting outfielder, who is expected to be posted early next month.
